Handling of Orders.
Shipping of orders = 1 to 3 biz days after we get the order.
Delivery of orders in US = 3 to 10 biz days by US Postal Service, or Priority Mail, or Private Delivery Services such as UPS, FedEx.
Special delivery available at rates determined by the carrier for the particular product.
Returned Items and General Refund policy.
Full refund will be given if a customer returns an item in the same condition it was received, and in the original package with post-mark not more than 30 days from the date the package was sent to you. Refund will include all original cost paid to us for that product as well as delivery charges, (but not the cost of returning the product.)
